Early stage of the tournament. Blinds are 10/20. Everyone folds, MP+2 raises to 80, I have :kc4::kh4: on a SB and I 3-bet to 300, he calls. Pot is 630.
Flop comes: :10s4::9d4::9s4:
I bet 248, he basically min-raises to 540, I call. Pot
Turn is: :jd4: and he bets 1270 leaving 700 chips behind.
What should I do with KK on the turn?

It depends on what information you have about the villain.
But it is difficult for us to comment, because we are not at the table, and we do not know what kind of villain he is, or if he makes that move often.

The mini raise is a movement of someone who does not know how to play, I do not know what is intended with that movement, to protect his hand? Or maybe he want to enlarge the pot because it has TT, T9s? well who knows, He can have AT perfectly.

When you called his mini-raise on the flop, you should have stopped for a few seconds, and thought that if you call, on the turn he would open 1,418 chips in the pot, and the villain would have 1,900 chips, at which point he would have a spr of 1.

Gl mate :)
