Not much you can do here, you played it perfectly but it didn’t go your way. Be happy that in the long run this is a very high EV play.

The only thing I would do differently would be to raise to 3bb, rather than 2.5bb. From the SB, you should add .5bb to whatever your standard preflop raise is. This is because you’ll be playing out of position for the rest of the hand, and need to generate a little bit more fold equity in this spot.

So if your standard preflop raise is 2bb, then the 2.5bb raise from the SB is fine.

Kind of feels like this is just a bad beat post more than analysis. Not entirely sure what else you can do, you get it in vs 5 outs plus backdoors which is obviously a great result. You can't do anything else after this.
