$1 NL HE Rebuy: Am I supposed to fold here?

Alright this seems to happen to me frequently when I get deep in a tournament... the first hand is one I get into where I know I'm behind but I'm against short stacks so I call with the hopes of knocking them out and growing my stack.. and I'm not crippled or tilting after the hand... but I do pick up a great hand immediately afterwards... and get called by a worse one simply because the other playing is convincing themself I'm tilting by raising them... am I just supposed to fold good hands right after I lose a chunk of my stack simply because some player making a bad read is going to call me on a mediocre hand?

-FIRST HAND- I know I'm behind but I'm getting 3:1 and I'm not crippled if I lose

The thing is if I folded the first hand... I would have ended up taking the second one because theres no way he's going to call me with AJ there.... basically my question is if I take a hit like this am I just supposed to sit out for a while regardless of my cards because of my table image?

1st hand is a fold as 3 way with AQ, what are u hoping ur opponents have to make u the favourite to win the hand and as it turns out u had 2 outs to chop the pot....not the best of spots.

The 2nd hand is standard to 3bet there is basically saying im going with this hand so a shove is fine just unlucky he hit his ace. POker seems to go that way sometimes. in hand 1 u needed to hit ur ace and miss and in the second hand u need to dodge that ace but it just peels of like its nothing....

I agree with the above posters.
You should had considered folding when the first player went all and the 3rd player making the call should have made your decision to fold alot easier.

As for the second hand, with an M of less than 10 the push is standard.

Fold first hand after the re-raise all in.
2nd hand was good.

To answer your question directly no you should not sit out after losing a big hand.

Example one: your very next hand is a good one, and that guy calls your all in very weak because he suspects you're on tilt. He just happened to catch the A
