$1 NLHE MTT Turbo: Should I have waited for a more pristine spot to go all in pre-flop? J7s aggression
EDIT: Title is wrong - don't know how to fix. It was J6s
Big question is should I have waited... I decided to push to try to win the unentered pot - but because small blind had me covered not sure if this was the correct play.
I liked what he showed - but unfortunately he connected with trips.
Theoretically my opponent made a mistake (calling without favorable odds); however, my hand was also questionable weak (a lot lower than my normal range) for an all in so I’m not sure if I should have waited for a stronger combination in that spot with 10 BB.
I only decided to push because everyone else folded... and unless someone has a monster hand I put my odds at roughly 50/50.
