Beyond carddead so I had to pick spots. If this is a right one ????
The guy opened like a madman, but nobody played back at him. No 3bet fold stats ,but a very high steal %.

1. you have way better hands to resteal with
2. given stack sizes he'll spite call with JT/A2 type stuff a lot and we don't have enough equity vs. those types of hands.

If we make the simplifying assumption that you're always behind when called, he has to fold fairly often for shoving to be +EV. So IMO it comes down to whether you're willing to make what's probably a -EV push rather than let your stack shrink even smaller.

I don't think so. Wait for a better hand; if its working, let him get condifdence then take his stack.

Thanks, I know it is a bad spot to do. Probably just a mental thing this happened.


It just was one of these days, where I couldn't get a hand or find a good (re)steal spot. I felt powerless all day.
