With that number of BB I would shove A9o here too, it's unfortunate that you ran into a better Ace but if everyone folds you're picking up a ton of dead money with the blinds and antes being that high.

That a good standard shove in that spot with that stack size. If you wait you might not see a better hand and risk blinding out. Just unlucky sometimes they do wake up with a hand during a steal attempt.

it was i thought when i saw a9 on this situation.

it is private turn and the same girl / very friendly ( made a franch radio poker) bust me on last turn in the same condition had a10 with similar stack and she had 1010 .
definitly difficult on fullring and short stack with jj- and aq- to not meeting a better hand .
