Had no info on villain (Just 3 hands in same table). Didnt feel too comfortable against UTG. I was about 40th of 110 and 45 places paid ITM. 3bet preflop feels a bit wild? etc..

Preflop
I would also just call here. Folding is to tight even against an UTG open, and if you 3-bet, you have no good options, if he come back over the top. Raising and then folding a hand as strong as 99 sucks, especially when its for a big percentage of your stack, and getting it in for 30,5BB against a normal UTG range is not going to be long term profitable. 99 also dont have good blockers, so if you want to bluff the guy, its better to use a hand like a suited wheel ace.

Flop
With two overcards I think, its fine to check this back for pot control. Your goal here is to try to get to a cheap showdown or perhaps spike a set later.

Turn
Still the same situation with now yet another overcard.

River
You rivered the bottom end of the straight, and now he finally bet. Obviously he is representing an ace here, and he could of course have that. But I think, a decent amount of his AX hands would have played differently. AA and AQ would have bet the flop, and AK would have bet the turn. So its pretty much down to AJ or AT and then maybe suited wheel aces, if he open those UTG. You are also getting 3:1, and this is a very low buyin, where people will sometimes do weird things like betting a set or two pair, even there is a 1-liner to a straight. So all in all I would make the call and get to showdown.
