So were pretty much pushing or folding here. Do we assume that he has a higher pocket pair or A6-4? Could he be taking a stab with AQ/AJ/KQ?

This is a routine fold in a SNG and reads are pretty much irrelevant. Sure, he could be stabbling at the pot with air, but it's not likely enough to merit getting it in at 25/50 with a 1.5k stack and ace-high.

If the flop was T23 with a club I could see getting fancy, here we're behind way too many draws (A7dd is 64% against our hand) and because of the nature of the board, he's rarely folding any pair that he bets out with here.
