Preflop
I would just rejam this. AK benefit a lot from denying equity, and the hand play very poorly postflop, when you are out of position. Sure life is nice and easy, when you hit, but when you miss, its really difficult to realise your equity with A high. If you want to mix in a "trap", then use AA or KK for that, since these hands basically like all flops, when you are this short.

Flop
You hit, so now its only a question of, how to get all the chips in the middle as fast as possible. You can go for a check-jam, or you can lead out for something like 700 chips and then jam the turn, if he call. As long as you dont fold or let it check through to the river, you cant go to wrong, when you flop top 2 with such short stacks.

check to cutoff and see if he continues aggression. even if the cutoff checks it through and takes the free card your hand is strong enough to still get value.

Jamming pre is optimal here.

Nothing you can do about running AK into AA with <15 BB. :)

If you are going to slowplay AK preflop, it makes no sense to run a stop-and-go and open jam the flop, when you hit. By doing so you are allowing him to get away cheaply from a lot of hands, that are drawing very thin, which totally defies the whole purpose of, what you were trying to achieve preflop.

Stacks are shallow enough so 3bet shoving is the best play.

I understand the icm value/argument of not raising preflop here with the remaining stack sizes
So I won't nitpick your preflop actions

Since we are out of position on the flop
we should check to him , to allow him to bet his KQ,QJ Ax OR bluff WITH HIS 22 33+

Betting here can win the pot outright if thats what you want

Checking here can net you more value and potentially more risk if he checks back and he gets to see the turn card for free

The fact of what he actually had in this hand(AA) is negligible and should not have any affect on any future judgements
gl on the tables

Annoying, but that's the game, part of it... be happy it happened on a Msng, not deep in a tourney...

Anyway, it is always preflop allin for me, at least, in this given situation. There are plenty hands, what he won't pay out, and plenty what gives you 75%+ preflop chance to win it. Basically, all other Ax, Kx. and - except AA, KK -, you are on flip vs. all smaller pairs. And he has nearly same stack as you do, so he even has some small fold equity, too, but sure he calls all A10s+ cards, that's plenty, and this given situation, just the small % (and actually the small really means small, very small), when it s*cks, but in a 4-5 handed table you can't count on that he has AA or KK, if you do, you wont play at all.....
