$1.20 NL HE: AQ in the SB

Should I be 3betting here? Villian's stats are 26/7 only over 65 hands so no read really.

Stacks:

BB with 4140
UTG with 1280
Evulafro with 2415
BTN with 1645
SB with 2520

Blinds: 50/100
Site: Pokerstars
Dealt to SB:A♣ Q♠
Sklansky group 3
Preflop:
UTG calls [100]
evulafro raises 200 to 300
4 players fold.
Uncalled bet (200) returned to Evulafro
Evulafro collected 350 from pot
Evulafro: doesn't show hand
Total folds this street: 4

I would only 3-bet here if you are prepared to call an AI from the opponent. If opponent flat calls then you are going to have to keep control by c-betting almost all flops. Also reads on UTG and BB will be very important here. With all the negatives here I think I'd lay down AQ here.
