3-betting and calling both have merits. Folding is to tight on a 7-handed table.
Flop
Given that the SPR is less than 1,5 and the flop so dry, I am on board with checking here to underrepresent our hand. You can easily get the chips in on later streets, and either he has you beat already, or he is so far behind, that its ok to let another card roll off. Turn and river
I am totally on board with check-calling turn, as long as you make that donk jam on the river. It can definitely look bluffy and get more action than, if you had played your hand in a more standard way. The result certainly point in that direction
