300 players remaining MP1 decide to limp with 73 BB. i had pocket 9s with 22BB BTN. i thought if i re-raise i have to fold on the flop so i decided to go all in to put the pressure on him to fold but it didnt work well.

1 - I prefer to isolate here. I would make it another 3-4 K on top, making it extremely painful for opener to call.

2 - Depends on the level of aggression at the table ... it is either a fold or an open (rarely limping). AT a table which has been quite aggressive, I don't want to deal with a 3 bettor OOP. Fold is fine in my mind.

3 - 4 hands of stats not worth anything so we treat opponent blindly. I can argue for a fold or a call. I think the open is great, and am ok with a fold. Are you ITM or close to the money here?

4 - 99 w position is a strong hand, so prefer an open over limper vs a ship over a single limper. Over multiple limpers, a ship is a beautiful move here.
