I was gonna ask why the min-raise 3-bet, opponents that minraise from early position either have a mediocre hand like KQ, KJ, QJ, AT or have AA/KK. Since you have AA why not get some value here by 3-betting to 3200. This looks a lot like a JJ-88 hand trying to take the pot right now and players with 2 overs will very often stack with this. Additionally the BB is still getting good odds to play some suited connectors if the BB feels UTG will flat call your minraise and you don't want to play 3-handed when you could be playing 2-handed.

As played it was just a bad beat but how confident were you that UTG didn't hit 2-pair on the flop??

Very unklucky river yes, but you could have raised a little more to make him pay to draw you out.

I take AA very seriously when i get them because it's a hand that's very difficult to lay down, so i raise big almost every time.

It's possible that betting more pre-flop would have gotten the opponent to fold, but when the chips went in, he was drawing to a handful of outs, which works out to more chip equity than if he folds to your re-raise. He hit. It happens. That doesn't mean you should prefer the scenario with the smaller EV, at least not unless some atypical circumstances apply.
