In this hand is a good play to bet the river here? This is around the bubble money.

Preflop
When two players behind have rejam stacks of 14-19BB, I prefer to go a bit smaller like 2,5BB.

Flop
You got action from SB, and with his position and also stats I think, we need to put him on a pretty strong range. There is also not much room to maneuver here with an SPR of just 2, and if you bet, its difficult to get better hands to fold or worse hands to call. So I dont see this being a great spot to C-bet, and I would just check behind and try to get to showdown as cheaply as possible.

Turn
Now he lead, but he choose a very small size, which is often known as a blocker bet. I dont think, you can fold to such a small bet, since you could still be ahead of a hand like a flushdraw or maybe A3 or whatever. But at the same time I am not sure, you can get a better hand to fold, if you jam, so I would also just call and to be honest hate life a little bit.

River
I still dont think, this is a great spot to bluff given the player type, the stakes, and also the fact, you have at least some showdown value. So I would also check back and get to showdown. I dont expect, that you are good here super often, but maybe you are good 20-25% of the time. And whenever that is the case, we should almost never bluff.
