The very previous hand that guy was doing that min-raise-the-turn thing. It's ok to raise here for value? Experience tells me that when a recreational does that min raise on the turn he has a hand, but I don't think I should always expect him to have the K.

on the other hand, I don't think I would've get called by that many worse flushes, but again, he is a recreational player, so maybe raising is good here but then I might get re raised and then what? theres only one hand that beats me here so I should play for stacks if that happens? thoughts? :D

I realize that we're encouraged by a lot of training to "defend" the blinds widely. However J5o is pretty bottom of the barrel as far as hands go, and we're not even in the BB - just the SB - so we're not getting as good a price. But whatever, I'm not gonna harp on preflop too much.

Flop play obviously nothing to say.

On the turn, I generally agree with your assessment that it's very likely our opponent "has a hand" here. With this sizing and on this exact type of board (4 flush) there are no hands that make sense for him to bluff really. I like your just call though, and I'd be planning to check call down.

River doesn't change my plan. It's really difficult to see him doing this line with worse than the 9h, and he is likely never calling a sizable raise with that hand. Well played (after preflop ;) ).

I wanted to write a reply, but then read your reply and that's exactly what I had in mind so I agree with you for 100% here. Overall well played.
