I may go 5x or more preflop this early in the blinds especially with a limper already.

Other than that not much else to do here but accept the bad beat. Most times villain will show up with Kx(or worse) just unfortunate they hit the J on the turn.

Bigger pre flop raise will possibly discourage others from coming into the pot, but I think that :ks4: :jd4: will still call.

You get a donk lead, you raise, he calls with top pair. Pretty standard.

On the turn, you probably should have called behind. This player has already called a raise preflop, bet and called a raise on the flop, and now bet into you, AGAIN. He is repping a super strong hand here. Call the turn, evaluate the river. If he has a one pair hand, KQ, KT, he will check the river. If he bets the river he is saying that I have better than one pair, and you can make a tough fold

Depending on how important this tournament is for you, you could play in so many different ways. A interesting thing that i used to do if i got AA or KK on the first level of a mtt, a big mtt especially was just shove preflop (for 250bb or how much was it), the reason behind that was the tournament is so huge.. so many people in it and somehing like 100-200 chips means absolutely nothing.. if you get called you can double up on the first level which is decent.
Other way to play it is more passive postflop. Once you get to the flop with AA might be beat so just call his dank raise and see how he plays on turn and river, if he checks you bet, if he bets you call.
