Calling is ok, you have biggest stack, but on that flop you need to fold. You just throw away your chips. Because you’re biggest stack holder, you have responsibilitie stay that way, not doing stupid things, like not folding on that flop

I am ok with calling here given the price.

Flop
As others have said, just fold. When UTG is already all in, it is pretty unlikely, that SB is bluffing into a dry side pot. He still need to beat UTG at showdown, so getting you out of the pot has little value for him. Also you get to see his hand, so you get free information.

The issue with continuing here is, that even when you improve, you still have no idea, where you are. You either have a very bad flush or top pair with a bad kicker on a monotone board. If it was heads up, its a different story, but you cant really make a play here, because you also need to beat UTG at showdown to win the main pot.

Turn
As played you kind of have to call on the turn, but it sucks, and this is why, you should just have folded on the flop.

River
A clear check back. If he had bet again, you should have folded.

you had to stop at the flop with a 7s it is not a good idea to look for another spades for a flush especially when the villain makes that bet on the flop.
In another order of idea, take into account when two players call one with little stack in a micro STT they usually check until the end of the hand what I mean by this is that they basically just call to eliminate the short opponent stack not to play the hand, when they make a bet it is because they are totally sure that they are winning the hand this was not the case here but it usually happens in the micro STT

This is actually an important point. With 4 players left there are payjumps coming, and with two players running on fumes the second largest stack have absolutely zero incentive to get involved with the biggest stack. All, he want, is for the two short stacks to bust, so that he can secure second place for himself and then take on the big stack heads up for the win. So he is literally never betting here without a very strong hand, if he have any kind of idea, what he is doing.
