I tried my hand at heads up, my first game I built up a chip lead then made a questionable call with bottom pair and the nut flush draw on a suited flop when they shoved, they had flopped a flush. then lost with AQ on an A high board when they shoved and turned a set of 55s. so I rematched the opponent because I felt like I was better than them. then this was a big hand in the rematch. I'm not sure if this is standard play or not. it was the first hand I chose to 3 bet the board was a good one to semi bluff c bet and the turn gave me a decent card, I chose to value bet, but maybe checking the turn is a better play? anyway I considered betting the river again but chose to check it down.

Annoyingly I lost this match as well when they sucked out on me in two huge pots and I kept grinding it back up to about even, the match went on for a while before I lost when I put all the money in on top pair with a flush draw only to be up against aces. So I think I'm no good at heads up since I'm at 0/2

In this hand i think you play well. Maybe do high 3bet preflop, 100~120.
cbet is ok on flop, value bet on turn is ok too, check on river is ok too, because we think what hand villain pay 2 streets (straight draw or slow in set).

I would flat call preflop. I don't love the small 3bet, if you are making a value based 3bet, make it 120-140 in this situation (and JTs can be used to value 3bet, especially vs a player that 4bets stuff like TT-AA, AJ type hands that dominate you AND calls a lot of weaker hands like T9, T8, J8s, 98, etc. type stuff, sometimes far lighter even).

After 3betting preflop, a flop bet makes sense in general here. A check raise vs an over-aggressive player can work too (though cbet, jam over frequent bluff raise is often the better line vs an aggro).

The river depends on the opponent. A check call if they have a lot of air in their range and/or will turn weak pairs and showdown value into bluffs.

If they are a more loose and passive type, you might just want to throw out a weak value bet and get the weak pairs (A2, A3, A5, 54, 65) to call a value bet.

Qx isn't too likely in this hand from your opponent if you've seen them fast play (bet big or raise) strong hands previously, it's not common to see that type of player call the flop and turn with Qx. Something like A4 is possible, but for every A4 there is an A5, A3, A3 and 65, 54 type hands more or less, so I wouldn't particularly worry about A4.

You cannot say you are no good at HUSNG because you lost two games in a row. 2 games is not a significant sample size to draw any conclusions on. Just continue to play and learn from the comments above, and improve your game.
