Should I also bet on the river o get more value, or was the bets before to high/risky?

I prefer 2,5-3x 3-bet sizeing.
On the flop I would only call, check-call is on this dangerous flop the best option I think. You made a right decision on the turn. On the river too. Maybe I would shove all-in, because he showed weakness two times.

flop: 3bet more(1/2... 3/4 pot)

Hi, in my opinion all bets should be bigger and if you should have bet on the river but with that flop I would not have allowed him to see the river so easily I think you should defend your set with high bets and once the diamond is not appears in the River you should have continued betting that is my opinion
