Unfortunately, you're the SS and OOP.

Had you been able to open, I would advocate a shove here with QTo.

However, with a raise in front of you, you can make a case for a fold here, which is what I most likely would do. There are 2 other players who are only 2x your stack who also need to survive another orbit (and you only need one of them to drop for you to ITM), and with the blinds that high, you have the opportunity to get your chips in better on another hand.

Snap call. If you fold, you're basically hoping two people will bust withing the next orbit even though they can see you're blinding out. Sure, you could be dealt a premium hand, but the odds of that happening are low, plus it has to hold up, and even then, there's a pretty fair chance your chance of winning a ticket won't be significantly improved.
