I have been running every morning for many years. Now, we are at war, sometimes there are rocket attacks, so I can't always go for a run in the morning, but nevertheless, running has been my favourite sport for many years

I used to box for many years, but that's in the past. I worked hard for about 8 years, improving my skills. I took part in many competitions, had victories and defeats. Now, unfortunately, my health condition does not allow me to play active sports. I have heart problems. Soccer has been my favourite sport since childhood. I used to play often, very often, but that was a long time ago, 15-20 years ago. Now, I don't play anymore. Well, I have a lot of interest for sport, but always for fun, never tried to become a pro.
First one was Judo, during 22 years, but when some professionnal changes arrived, I had to stop my own progress and my teaching hours, as I could not engaged to always be present.
Than, I moved for a while to skydiving, only few month...you need to be toooooo... patient to wait for the good wind conditions.
Sometimes, you spend your full sunday for no jump !
Than I started Go kart. Good fun with friends, searching most of the time your own performance by setting adjustment on your own machine.
Some 24 hours races, for fun : always an exceptional moment when you drive the team machine in middle of the night..
Now : Dards, billard at home, and regularly bowling, one time a week at least.

I played amateur soccer in the first division for more than 20 years in the local league in my city and in the area, I did some volleyball as a boy too, now I go to the gym with my wife and play tennis as an amateur. salutes
