I am bumping as I do use HEM1 and have the same problem. The link above did not work.
The link above was for HM2. We do not have a fix in place for HM1 yet but you can try this workaround posted by one of our techs on our forums - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rel...king-after-888-latest-update.html#post1577261

Just want to clarify. You said "yet" so does that mean you are planning on doing a fix? At some point I am assuming HEM1 users will be left w/o any more fixes, just wondering if that "some point" has arrived?
HM1 only receives critical fixes to existing features going forward. We will continue to support the HM1 parser, table scanner, and will also address any other critical bugs in HM1. This will be ongoing for an extended period of time but we have not yet established a firm date.
This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. Unfortunately we are in the middle of trying to resolve some critical HM2 issues and can't give an ETA when we will be able to fix this issue in HM1. HM2 is our focus right now. Once we get our next HM2 release out the door we will start working on the HM1 issues. I can not give an ETA for our next release of HM1 since it relies on us first releasing HM2.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HMONE-183 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
