Since yesterday I cannot login on the 888poker software. I considered that it could be a problem with my account and attempted to login on the instant play (https://ndl.triple8holdem.com/#lobby) what worked - the problem is therefore on the software.
I tried to re-install the software, but the problem remained.
I contacted 888poker Support which was fast to reply (one day) but was unable to provide a workable solution so far.
Is anyone else experiencing this same issue with the new software?

I have had similar issues in the past with different sites, pretty much all of them were caused by my security software blocking their access so I had to make exceptions in the security software.

On my case the problem is the 888poker software not on my computer security settings. When I reach the login form I receive the message that my password or username is incorrect, however the same password works fine on the instantplay.

I anyway attempted yours recommendation and added an exclusion to the 888poker.exe on windows defender - what don't helped. Thank you anyway. I hope the Support will provide a solution soon.

The poker client problem has been solved. I can now log in normally. I have not received any communication from the 888poker Suporte Team to inform me about the solution, however, when I tried to log in today I was successful.
Notice that they returned the login box to the older version (see attached images).
Edit: I found an email communicating the solution from 888poker Support Team from 2 days ago, my apologies.

It happens to me about one time per 3 months.

When it happens, I delete 888poker and download it again and everything is solve.

Same thing happened to me today.
I deleted the App and reinstalled it again,
but didn't help.
The instant play has no issue, so my account is fine.
After I had tried reinstalled app for a couple of times,
it was finally fixed. I don't know why...

Mine was not working for the past 36hrs. ... BUT..

GOOD NEWS!!!!! It is working again!!!

It's not this ^

The 888 rep. has been advising for days that is the actual site not working for some folks but still working for many.

For ones who have been affected recently... it is still happening. I have only been able to play 1 out of the past 4days :(

It seems many are Canadians who can't log in .. and also during peak periods of traffic. :(

Worst IT team in the business by far , 4 weeks of many different issues even in game yet letting tournies play and not really caring that its not a level and even playing experience for EACH AND EVERY PLAYER IN EVERY ASPECT noway anything should be played when that is going on ,poker is hard enough to be profitable without all this extra nonsense

I was pleased to have been able to play on Sunday but unfortunately it's back to the usual.... UNABLE TO LOG IN again :(

I actually had an issue downloading the Software as well. I had to delete and reinstall and it took at least hour to download.

They sent me the email telling that they had technical problem and it is fine now. Like they said, it was fine for a while, but it still happens same problem a couple of times...
So reinstalling app is not a solution, we just need to wait for a while I guess...
