WSOP NJ Hand History File

Does anyone has this issue and know how to resolve it? I downloaded wsop NJ last weekend so I can play some WSOP Bracelet events over the weekend while I was visiting family In NJ (I live in PA). Seems like the file "hand history" was empty. I was getting tournament hand review after each tourney, but the file was empty. I'm trying to feed to my HM3, to feed the HUD, and I can review it later and compare it with other tourneys, but seems like the WSOP NJ is not operating. The "help me" guide is useless because I don't have the option they are talking about (choose file where to save hand history).
Is it me? or its a common issue?
