that would be cool and feels some what like playing in real life. Like maybe do certain tournaments setup like that. Where we can see peoples face's when we play.

I do not see any point in using webcams because it does not affect my skills or results. I do not care what my opponents look like. :D

This would give additional information so they do not accept such things for security purposes.Webcams are resonant - there will be more scammers with them.

Yeah, I don't think it would be a good idea. There are a lot of us who like to rub their belly while they play, some people may consider that gross. Of course, I wasn't talking about me, no no no please I would never do anything like that.

I think that this would be bad idea. I don't need to know all faces and all that what people do during poker game. Chat is enough.

888 Poker used to have a game , at least one , first when ai saw it I thought it very weird , players would see face expressions , body language , the benefits of online poker would be cancelled , at least some of them lol

Well, I think it would be a great idea. Get to know people and know that you're playing real people, and the benefit of being able to read people.
I do better live than online.

Not for me, webcams can be grainy, laggy. I just don't see the benefits of it, i'm not sure what kind of read you can get from watching someone on a laggy cam clicking buttons.

I think it would be okay in a "home-game" situation, playing w/folx you know and trust. Correct me if I'm wrong but people tend to be... I dunno... Hmmm, what's the word I'm looking for... Hmmm... Oh yeah; STUPID when they get on camera; especially in the privacy of their own homes. In a casino/card-room there's a sense of social etiquette which (usually) keeps people from acting like fools. I'm sure, given some time, there would be a site nick-named "flopperbate".

no i donz think so for me Online Poker is perfect and good as it is and webcams would destroy the look of OnlinePoker extreme to the negative so if you want to see my face during a game wait for live tourneys

I've played a sit go like this on the 888! I miss PKR , I would like some site to
make the 3d format with avatars again , and it also had the lite option to play
without effects.:)

Hi,
I used to play webcam poker on 888. Now they deleted this feature. But it was very fun.
There was 24/7 cash game tables and you were able to see your opponents, we even talked during the game and had some good discussions.
Also there were 2 or 3 daily webcam tourneys.
But a lot of people did not show their faces and that was not fair.
The feature does not exist anymore but it was very fun.
What if pokerstars launches webcam poker, I don't think they will, it's not like them :D

I think there were problems with obscene things or something, angry people did a little stupid things. It would be nice to strip poker like that!:D:D:D:D

So for me that would be nothing to play with a camera. There are very specific reasons why people gamble online and one of them is to maintain their privacy and remain anonymous. When you play poker online, it doesn't matter whether you've just made your hair or not, you can just play relaxed. But if you want to do it with a couple of friends, for example in a home game, then I think it looks completely different, although I would probably be reluctant to take part. I also played live poker and I really liked that, but I don't think that using cameras can bring online poker closer to live poker

Your idea of an option in home games is interesting. would be more specific and well used!

on GG poker you can record a small video after a hand (or during the game i not remember well since i never use that option) and then you can send this and your opponent will see it.

the only time someone used it against me was to show a middle finger in a freeroll...lol. after that i never saw it again. not sure if its even still an option to be honest.
