Each of the rooms has a support where they receive complaints ... or are you referring to a regulatory body that controls the poker rooms themselves? I think that does not exist

ACR is an unregulated site, which means, they have not (to my knowledge) applied for a license in any of those markets, where they operate. They are operating out of Coste Rica, so presumably they have some sort of approval for that from someone in Coste Rica. So I guess, you could find out, who that is, and write to them. But I would not expect this to be taken particularly seriously to be honest with you. In reality playing on unregulated sites is a matter of trust. They can do, whatever the heck they want, and you as a customer have no protection at all.
