BCP and ACR are from the same network (Winning Poker Network) but are different skins. They have the same tournaments and games but sometimes the promotions may vary.
I got that, but what about PokerKing and Americas Cardroom?

I know that they both american and ACR has similar to PK's menu for some reason (saw on some image). Are they also sharing the same player pool or smth?

I already have an acc on PokerKing.
Do I miss some opportunities by not having ACR's acc?
Maybe ACR is a better room then PK or they are fungible and I shouldn't bother?

I don't think you should worry. In extreme cases, you can write support.

There is also True Poker and YaPoker. They are all members of the same network. And you can have account on every one of them. Then, say, you playing some freeroll and get busted - you can open other room and get to the same freeroll by late reg.;)

What i dont understand is, are those rooms competitors, like had some deal with WPN to be part of it, but really are very different companies, or its the same company just made slightly different skins (which i dont really get why? I mean the differences are zero to none. Launch a kinda whole different Poker room just to have a green card deck?)

On Pokerking there is a neteller and skrill - that's the whole difference.
