What is the difference between Black Chip Poker and Americas Cardroom?

The backgound color is different, mobile @ BCP not good
Game-wise, computer client, sites are similar, same games, tourneys,etc. The big difference is ACR has black text, on a white background for toureys, main screen; that's easy to read. BCP is a darker background, hard to read.
Mobile, I tried BCP, it only had a limited selection of games.

the main difference is we have a personal ACR rep right here at cardschat and he can get things done.

if I'm having bad luck at ACR I play on BCP for awhile and vice-versa.
you can't open them both on the same PC but I wouldn't ever try to get around that, they
will catch you and keep all your money.

So what you're telling me is that they host the exact same tournaments. As in when I play on ACR I'm also facing people from BCP? Or maybe there's some other reason it's against the rules to play on both at the same time?
