Hi guys!

I saw on espaniol p* that there is a some tournament (micros) that I could add to my regular schedule so I have some questions. I'll be grateful for your help :)

1. I've heard that I can register with the same mobile no., method of deposit, email like I registered to eu version - is it correct?
2. How looks verify process? Because I'm not livin' in Spain, but I know that support will be expect from me some documents to identify my person - is it not something weird?
3. Anyone of you knows the level of players there? More regulars players probably?

Thanks in advance! :)

Spain is a regulated market, and to play on the spanish pokerstars site (which has a shared player pool with france and portugal), you need to live in Spain. Its not allowed to open an account there, if you live anywhere else. If you try to f.... with them by using VPN and false documents, they can confiscate your funds and in serious cases take you to court. Just dont do this. Its not worth the risk.

I'm not too sure anymore but i believe you dont need to "live" there to end up in pokerstars ES (same applies to Bet365 for example) - travelling to them (or other 2 nations you mentioned) is already questionable enough should you want to play real money games in some major rooms while being (quite far) away from home lol ...

If you try to open the PokerStars webpage from a spanish IP adress, you will almost certainly get transferred to the spanish page. However this does not mean, you are allowed to open an account and play there without living in Spain. So for these regulated markets you are also kind of restricted to only play from home.

Its the same here in sweden. I can only play on my 888 or PokerStars account from a swedish IP adress and nowhere else. If I try to log on from a danish IP adress, I get some error message telling me, that "regional restrictions have been put on your account". Which obviously kind of suck, if you travel a lot :)

Every major poker room takes action to combat fraudsters and rule breakers. For this, a user data verification procedure has been developed. It also helps the company to ensure that it does not provide services to users from countries where online poker is banned or severely restricted. Basic verification is a mandatory procedure that a player goes through when they first withdraw money from an account. In addition, the poker room can re-verify. It concerns those who withdraw very large amounts or are suspected of violating the rules of the room.

Purpose of confirmation of registration data: identification of players who have registered more than one account to receive multiple bonuses and participate in PokerStars promotions; combating registration of minors; Regulatory requirements for the room to have verified customer information; non-admission of players who indicated inaccurate data during registration; prevention of fraud and money laundering; identification of those who play from a country where access to the room is prohibited. If, after verification, gross violations such as multi-accounting or money laundering are detected, the client's account is blocked without the possibility of unblocking.
