Is unibet trustworthy?

When I googled to find out if unibet is trustworthy I found this: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.unibet.com .
40% think unitbet is EXCELLENT, 40% think it is BAD.
Many people complain that their account is getting frozen as soon as they want to withdraw money. Is unibet even reliable?


I want to build up a bankroll but don't want to invest any time in this if after months of playing I come to the conclusion that my money cannot be collected ... I do like the site though...
I would like to hear your experiences (positive & especially the negative ones).

For me at the moment this site is the best ! Lots of great games and lots of bonus rewards when you're an active player !

So i've been with Unibet from when they still were with Microgaming and never had problems. Sure, some people complain the software crashes, but i myself never experienced it and thats why i'm inclined to think it's on their side not unibet. So long you verify your account as soon as you make it, everything should be ok. Most people that complain are idiots. They make the account in their name and try to withdraw on another name, they also make multiple accounts to get the no deposit bonus and when they finally make money on one of them and want to withdraw they are frozen and many other stupid things. In my opinion, unibet is the safest/softest poker room on the internet. I usually get my money in 3 hrs or less. If you truly have problem you will get help on their community.

I used to use unibet but i left after they wouldn't help me. My game crashed midway through the game and after sending the logs to them, they said they can't refund my buyin. If i hadn't been kicked out the game i would have made the final table. All i asked for was my buyin back but they wouldn't give it to me. I did like how the game was made and the layout but I didn't like how buggy the software was.

So far so good. No problems with withdrawal. Most complaints are regarding the pc software but I don't use that. I either play on the web browser version or the mobile software which had a few bug issues but they fixed it once reported and even offered to refund the buy-in.

It's not trustworthy, its a dangerous poker room. They cost me everything. Whatever you do don't post in their form. People can report a post in their form to try hurt you and Unibet will freeze your account even if its unrelated. I had withdrawals take a month from them, some withdrawals take 3 to 5 bus days and then all of a sudden one will take 10. Sometimes a month.

You could post a badbeat story and talk about how you went and played slots after and they can close your account and freeze your funds. If you play there never keep a high balance otherwise you might lose thousands like myself.

I think it is a reliable site, if there are people who can not get their funds surely it is because they do not meet the requirements to do it
