Hi everyone,
We're looking to consolidate the two existing Unibet Open qualifier tries down to a single route to make things easier to understand. There are two possible options we're looking at just now: -

A) €0.20 -> €1 -> €5 -> €25 -> €250 -> €1,100
or
B) €0.40 -> €2 -> €10 -> €50 -> €250 -> €1,100

We'd like your input on which of these you would prefer and any reasoning behind why you made that decision. Please post A or B and your reasons below.
Regardless of which route we end up using exchangers will stay and we'll make sure there are ways you can migrate tickets that don't work in the new system.

I think B as the gap on A at 25 - 250 is too large and will affect how many tickets per MTT are available and how many entrants are needed.

Yes the gap between 25 - 250 is indeed big, but after 3 attempts I was finally lucky enough to authorize a 250 ticket and then an 1100 ticket.

Furthermore, there is currently a huge outage at Unibet which means that I am 'sitting out' at the tournaments I was playing today. Will Unibet refund this buy-ins? I'm really curious how Unibet is dealing with this outage and compensating their customers. I was finally playing the qualifier to the €250 Supermoon entry but now I lose everything...

If you contact customer support a refund will be issued. The issues were not with the poker server specifically and no tournaments were cancelled so refunds will be manual.

I contacted customer support in live chat this morning. Unibet indicates in the live chat that no refund will be made. Can you do something for me?

Agent made a mistake. They were told no refunds were being issued but this only related to Sportsbook, not Poker. Have returned your ticket and added bonus points for the smaller buy-ins.

Apologies for the confusion.

The fact that you have to deposit first before you can withdraw is a bit bad. Sound like forcing people even though freerolls are available.

This is a standard practice across regulated sites to protect against fraud, money laundering and a host of other things.

Hi. Welcome to CardsChat.

I definitely prefer form B. As others have said, I don't like the 10X jump from €25 to 250 when all other jumps are about 5X.

I have started to play poker three years ago. I've joined Unibet as it was featuring live events, UO and UK Tour.
Now I am just waiting when they return, hopefully soon.
Otherwise my interest in big online events is rather limited.

My answer for the question ' A or B ' is A.
For me the price chains that start from .10 or .20 are more manageable than .40.
And if the price gap seems to be the issue you could lower the gap, but then I see that the whole tournament structure, not only UO starts to shift to the B model anyway, so it seems that the decisions are already made.

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer poker for German players from the 21th of September 2021 from 04:00 CEST. German players will not be able to register for Unibet Open qualifiers with immediate effect and we recommend unregistering any other tournaments that are due to start after the 21th of September 2021 at 04:00 CEST.

Tournament tickets, bonus points and playthrough bonuses will be converted within 48 hours after the 21th of September 2021 as follows:

- Tournament tickets (HexaPro/MTT): Any active tickets will be converted to cash. If you have Unibet Open tickets that will expire before the 20th please post in the thread and we will extend them so they will be included in the conversion.

- Bonus Points: Any remaining bonus points will be converted to cash at a rate of 1c for every 1 bonus point.

- Playthrough Bonuses - Playthrough bonuses (excluding first deposit bonuses) will be converted to cash.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and invite you to play any of our other great products!

Kind regards,
The Unibet Team

Hi !
I am a player from Ukraine. And for the last few months, our weekly freerolls have not been available to me, namely Saturday and Sunday CC freerolls. There is only one CC freeroll on Friday in the lobby. What is the reason?

BY and UA have been removed from the eligible countries for freerolls.

hi Andy - just two ideas.

1) Auto logging out happens way too quickly - seems like 15 minutes or so? Just irritating, especially as your password needs to be input every time could they make it an hour like most sites.

2) They really need some better standard micro MTTs at peak europe times - so around BST 19H00 - something like a std 9 max slow no addon $1 with $300 gtd or $2/ $500 GTD
