I have got this email from Titan this week:
Titan unfortunately isn't working on my mac (their Flash version) and they don't have a proper mac client.
So today after 5 email, which support clearly doesn't even bother to read. Like i send a screenshot from the software not working – their answer can you send us a screenshot...
Im still trying to close my account and get my 10$ from my account. (I got them from a subscription)
Has anyone tried to close his account on Titan and get his money back. Is there any chance?
or are they just that horrible?
