Is TigerGaming Support Crappy For Everyone? (Rant)

I've been contacting them for 3 weeks straight trying to get my documents verified. First they say "we don't know if we can take these". Then I send them better documents and they say, "Okay we look forward to you sending us your documents"... I email them to them AGAIN, and get a reply saying we have not recieved your documents. I sent them again just now and expect them to reply in another 3 days which is the response,time. This back and forth has happened 5 times now. Then each email is ended with "Did you know bitcoin is a great way to deposit".

Not depositing jack with these guys till they verify.

Anyone looking to deposit here stay the heck away or get verified first. This is seriously the most incompetent support team I've encountered to date.

Curious to see how mant weeks the whole process will take or if they ask me to resend the exact same stuff again.

Am I the only one? :(

Most folks here would not have any experience with Tiger Gaming as the Cardschat freerolls are on the sister sites Betonline and SportsBetting Poker and you cannot have an account with Tiger Gaming if you have an account on either of these.

I believe the support and the process is same for all 3 of the Chico Network skins.
I have only verified my SportsBetting Poker account beacuse that was the only one they asked me too and it was the only one I deposited with a Credit Card on.

Verification took about a week and a half. They requested a copy of my id, a proof of address (I sent electricity bill), a copy of the Credit card I used to deposit with and I had to fill out and sign a simple KYC form. I have done this exact process many times with other online poker Rooms and Online casinos.

If you do not deposit with a Credit Card and instead use Crypto Currency or an ewallet they normally do not ask for verification. I have been using BetOnline for a few years without verification and have deposited and withdrawn thousands of dollars with zero issues.

I have contacted support numerous times for many issues they respond relatively quickly. I use live chat mostly.

Live chat is okay. But honestly I expressed frustration in an email asking why my 2 bank letters, visa bill, passport, govt ID + address card, and 2 selfies with all those documents aren't acceptable and they have stopped writing back all togther. They keep insisting on a utility bill and I have told them thrice I do not recieve utility bills under my name. They are inattentive and now have also decided to cease communicating with me, somohow they don't see the justification for my frustration when its been taking over 4 weeks to get something this simple done.

I sure hope youre right about bitcoin deposits/withdrawals requiring no verification. I've read so many verification horror stories with Chico that I don't know if I trust making any deposists especially when their minimum stakes are NL10 which would require a decent bankroll deposit.

I also happen to have a bet online account but didnt know i cant have both. I knew something was amiss when I couldnt make the same username and the interface looked the same, yet chat told me its okay and denied there being any connection between betonline and tiger which shows a complete lack of knowledge of their own platform. This is just another reason not to deposit because then they'll just use that as an excuse to freeze my account. Especially considering that on betonline their application form glitched and removed my address entries so now the address is just "canada" and doesn't even match the country I've moved to recently. And yes I contacted support to change it and they said they did, except they didn't.

I'm happy you had a smooth experience. But mine has been an absolute mess. Their support has let me down more than once.

I still haven't been verified, is there some higher up department I can contact?

Their chat support asked me to send selfies with my ID again which I did, turns out the tigergaming chat had me send the selfies to sportsbetting support who told me to contact tigergaming support (who have stopped responding to me and won't aknowledge the fact that I don't receive utility bills with my name on them).

Understandably I'm quite upset and I made it know to them, which is probably why they have decided to stop responding to me.
