Yesterday I had such a bug, I decided to play spin-and-go for$1. I pressed the button to start playing, one dollar was written off from the account, but the tournament with the game did not appear. I without hesitation began to try to run in the manual in the section you have registered in the tournament. Clicking on the open table button also nothing happened. It turned out that the dollar was written off for nothing. I wrote to the support service, at the moment I am waiting for an answer. Has anyone ever had anything like this? Will the money be returned back?

weird it happens like that, this never happened to me, if you contacted pokerstars support, I think there's a way you can get the money back, but how you will prove for them? I don't know..., good luck

Maybe PokerStars did some work with the games. I've been seeing frequent warnings from them lately.

From a practical point of view, we are not responsible for such malfunctions. This is clearly stated in our tournament rules, in particular in section # 4. "Communication interruptions and missed handouts."

After a thorough review of Your game, we determined that You suffered in the next tournament:

As we value You as our player, as a gesture of goodwill, we have credited $1 to your account for tournaments in which you have suffered material damage.

In this case, we were able to compensate Your losses, however, we can not guarantee that we will be able to do so in the future. We ask you to take the necessary steps to establish a stable connection to our servers.

If you need such help in the future, please make sure that you have attached log files from our game client to your email.
