Hi Everyone !

Whoever plays pokerstars tends to use the child's play to toss the other? For example, fireworks or ice cream or handkerchiefs, etc. It makes me angry sometimes when I fail at a big pot. Why did you have to include this?

Go to settings and turn it off if it upsets you. I keep it on because it lets me know who is childish as these players tend to be more aggressive in their plays and draw more often from what I have seen

Settings -- Table Appearance -- Animation -- Throwables -- Disable

Hi! For some, it is important to express their emotions. It is better to show emotions in a childish way than to write offensive things in a chat. But I've noticed that some people use these animations out of place, maybe these players are a little out of it.

I am pretty sure, some people use throwabels to tilt other players. To be honest I do that as well sometimes. If someone just spewed away half his stack, I will often send a trophy on 888 Poker to sort of rub it in. Poker is war, and all legal tricks count ;)

If someone is sending you tissues or tomatoes 3-4 times per orbit, and it gets on your nerves, then just disable it as suggested by theheeb1984. He is still wasting his time and concentration trying to tilt you, but you dont even see it :D

Also agree that its less bad to vent your frustration by throwing something than by writing insults in the chat. Sometimes people freak completely out in the chat. Lately I was told by someone, he would f... my mother, and what not. This can actually get you banned, so if you play in a serious manner, this is not something, you want to be doing.

Hi !

Thank you very much for the answers. :) You are really nice. It’s so good to have this CC site. Lots of normal posts and thus normal people. I didn't even run into a fool here.

Yes, your words make sense. I have never reacted painfully to tomatoes and napkins in the game, so I did not think that this can infuriate the player. I didn't even know that there is a function to disable throws. Sometimes it's the insults in the chat that make me most angry, because it's more personal, in my opinion. But insults come most often from tilting players, I try not to respond to them. I'm only happy when they leave the game.

in live poker. we have the right to try to distract the opponent or to incline him by talking to him for example. on poker star throwing a handkerchief. it's a way to get there online especially when the player has just lost a large part of those chips while remaining of course courteous. I have already seen professional players on stream send tomatoes to their opponents and apply this strategy. I did not know that we could deactivate this option. I find that a bit of a shame because I like these animations.

From a more cynical point of view its sad, when they leave, because tilting players tend to lose a lot of money. If someone is really mad at us, then we dont look to bluff that person, but we value bet him to death, or we hand him the rope to hang himself :D

Yes, I understand that a tilted player on emotions easily loses money. and you can undress it to your advantage. But I mean, when a player constantly writes insults to you and thinks that fish is you and not him, then you feel happy when this psycho crashes and you can write to him: bye, fish.

I think it's becoming popular on all sites because Millennials need to fidget with things ?

I think this is fun, but you can turn off this function and it will not irritate you anymore. You need to be positive about it, in the end it's just a game)

My Pokerstars table has had the same look for more than 10 years. To do so I have to have the Aurora graphics disabled so I have never seen a throwable thrown at me. I honestly find it childish and distracting anyway, it has been on 888 for years.

So if you don't like or find it distracting like me just disable the feature or disable the Aurora graphics altogether.

I wonder how many people have thrown stuff at me?

There were times when I lost an important party and that’s when I preferred to disappear from the table so I wouldn’t see them throwing all sorts of things at me :). It’s uncomfortable for me when they lose an important party and are tossed afterwards and then everyone smiles at me in their home. That’s why I quickly put my desk on the tray so I couldn’t see if they were tossing something. :) So it was like they hadn't even tossed it.
