PokerStars
Everything about PokerStars made more sense. From the deposit options to the withdrawal options, from the customer service perspective to the turn around time on certain request. The look of the software and choices of avatars or loading your own image. The fact that it was an app and not just a site, which to me made it feel more secure. The way in which you chat with the other players and the different games you could choose from. From tournaments to SitNgo's. Not to mention the other choices from slot machines to
blackjack. Even live blackjack. I never thought I would switch to another app/site. I tried others. Tried 888, tried partypoker, tried
wsop. None of them came close to the success I had with PokerStars. PokerStars was the only place where I was successful at making withdrawals. I don't know about other
Apps/sites but with PokerStars they have their own PokerStars Card they mail to you. You can withdrawal your earnings straight to that card with is a
mastercard and can be used online, at any store or you could just withdraw from it at an ATM...…….All this being said...…….I've had to most success and the most GRIEF!......from PokerStars. Just like any
gambling client you join you must send them a picture of your drivers license. Therefore, I'd hope the difficulty I was having with them wasn't due to the fact that I am black. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, whenever I recite my story online I get multiple responses saying how it's unheard of and how it's never happened to other players. See, I'm not the best player but I had gotten to the point where I was steadily acquiring more money than I would deposit. I made it my goal that I would make a deposit the morning of lets say...…………….between $20 and $40 dollars. I would work with that throughout the day until I made more than what I'd deposit and make a withdrawal later on that day. So as an example I would deposit $20 at 10:30am. Then, by 2:30pm if I won a hand and my balance went up to $32. I would withdrawal $12 and it would go back on my PokerStars card. Then I would withdrawal $12 out the ATM machine at a local convenient store and do the same the next day. I was very successful with this method depositing and withdrawing daily. I was withdrawing $20, $40 sometimes $60 a day until PokerStars flagged me. Said I was suspected of laundering money. They would lock my account out of nowhere. Tell me my account was under investigation. Ask me questions and make me fill out questionnaires. See, the only times they would lock my account if when I would go to make another withdraw. They would say block me from being able to withdraw and ask me why am I looking to make a withdraw. I remember them asking me that question a lot. Why am I looking to make a withdraw? I would kindly reply to their email, explaining to them in order to avoid putting the money back in play and loosing it.....it was my own method that I withdraw just the money I'd won and continue to play with the original amount I had deposited that morning. They would take days, sometimes weeks unlocking my account so I could make a withdraw. This made things very difficult and stressing to the point I didn't want to be with them anymore. They're the best app but they will find any reason to label you an addict and get you in trouble. I decided to exclude myself from PokerStars for 5 years just so I just focus on more live play. I would travel to Atlantic City and Play or SugerHouse Casino in PA to play. To me it was the next best thing to PokerStars. So I excluded myself through the PokerStar Settings but I didn't realize.....when you do that you exclude yourself from EVERY SINGLE
poker site ON THE PLANET. POKERSTARS PUT MY NAME ON THE FEDERAL GAMBLING ASSOCIATION LIST. I CAN'T PLAY TILL 2024. I'm not sure if it was because I'm black but I do know this hasn't happened to anyone else I've spoken to yet.
