Shorted by pokerstars?

I just had the weirdest experience with pokerstars, and am wondering if anyone else has run into it. I won a satellite into tournament 2251031631. This is the Mini Battle Royale.

After going card dead for the last 45 minutes of the tourney, I busted out in 120th. The structure page and email alert both indicated that I won $48.31 from the tourney, and $15 in bounties. My account was only credited $23.43.

Sent email to stars support, and they sent me the same audit, showing the wrong payout amount. Has anyone else run into this? The response from Stars has been shockingly incompetent. The support staff claimed that my bounty payouts were deducted from the position award, despite that still not correctly totaling the described prize amount.

I do not even know what to tell you, I did not encounter such a thing; in every tournament I won, I got the right amount for the account and a letter to the mail account when and how much I got money in the tournament, maybe they had something wrong, try a couple of times to write and send to the support team and ask why less money has come to the account!

Stars came back to me with the answer. Their initial response highlighted the wrong set of pay events. Apparently tournaments will pay out incrementally as you get deeper in the stakes. They meant to highlight an incremental payout received after I reached doubled the lowest payout, but instead highlighted one of the bounties. Stars has not actually shorted me.
