Random Pokerstars chest

Hey,

Today when i logged in pokerstars random chest popped up, like gray color and there was 10 dollars inside, nothing else. It is not part of my rewards program, i have blue chests and progress bar is in the same place as yesterday. Can there be any reason why they would gift me this 10 dollars or is it like a random prize?

Yeah i had one too. They were awarded as a recompensation for a software issues. I had 1$ inside mine, but still... kinda nice.

Installed the software update today and I had a chest too today, 5 $ cash, probably a gesture for all the software problems they are having lately, hopefully with the patch resolves some of the latency issues.

I only received a long program update yesterday which made it impossible for me to play a home game and a daily Freeroll. I didn't see anything else.

There was a technical problem the other day and the system crashed for about 4 hours for some games, they had to restart all the software, so it is a reward chest for all players for what happened

Ya, I got one to for $5, they said for tech issues,I sent them a complaint 2 weeks ago about tech issues got no reply now they gave me this which is great but what I really wanted was a reply to my email,I would rather have better communication and timely responses to what ever issues might arise than them randomly sending money out,just feels wrong paying some people off and not others when all players were likely affected I would like to think, as customers were all equal

I also got one but with 1$ in it. I don't know how they decide how much to give to the different players but suppose that it is related to the limits on which you play. A friend of mine got 20$ but he plays much higher than me. Anyway free money are free money so i like it but hope that they also fix their performance problems soon.

Yes nice if they are giving people this for the software issues now I have only lost $77.50 instead of $87.50 currently,
I have sent a screenshot to support as the last 2x$25 sit and gos and 1 x $37.50 milly satellite just froze and crashed on me before starting could still here sounds but games would not appear and could not x out and reopen was unable to play a hand in all 3 games and lost $87.50 total due to this put me in an awful mood last few days waiting on feedback from support.

Taking forever for games to load losing 20% or 100 chips from 500 starting in spin and go a few times too before I have an option to check,raise,fold and play.

Free Chest on Pokerstars

Today they gave away a free Chest with a Cash Bonus, because of the server problems they had in the last days. I heard amounts ranging from 50 Cents to 10 Dollar. How much did you guys receive? Any one has a clue how they determin how much you get? I had a Nl10 Player only getting 50 cent and i got 10 Dollar grinding NL2 lol

It's definitely not random. It will be based on how much you normally spend there. I only play freerolls and micro stakes cash and I got $1. I've also never deposited any of my own cash other than when they offered ex PKR players to transfer their balance over. So I am not regarded as a loyal player. Have seen people online who only play the 1c spin of the day who got no chest at all.

Not surprising since I almost never play there. I was just 8 points away from completing a red chest for at least 2 months, but I see they removed that and now it's showing a blue chest with 0% of the way complete.

Chet did not understand where are my chests? About me poker stars just did it, I’ve been playing for 7 years there already like 5 years, there aren’t any bonuses that don’t come, I wrote they said that there’s nothing for you like that. Probably they think if a person has been playing for more than 7 years then he is a millionaire? and he doesn’t need these little things
