Does anyone know roughly how many bbs per 100 most poker rooms rake? Same question for online sites.

I'm guessing that the rake depends on the stakes (and maybe the games?). At Maryland Live, $1/$2 NLHE games have a house rake of 10% up to $5. Their $5/$10 NLHE games are $7 every half-hour.
