Question about satellites and penny boys on 888

Hello, apologies if this is a noob question. 888 has satellites to win seats and bigger tournaments (penny boys). Are these for the actual upcoming tournament on the day or for any similar tournament? Assuming the former. I haven't played one yet as the tournament is usually too late for me. Like I say, apologies if this is really obvious, just checking really.

Some are for the next upcoming tournament. Some give you a few days to use it on any tournament with the same buy-in and structure. The announcement info usually tells you.
