It is difficult to answer. I think you should contact support with this question. But I think the location of your location has no effect on your results.

That is weird, last time I played on Pokerstars that wasn't a thing (I'm pretty sure).

On the plus side, I don't really think what city you live in is relevant information to anyone.

I've only ever seen my city in Pokerstars Home Games lobbies. But, I checked after reading this and see that it's only showing country now. Seems they heard you?

Not true, only the Country is displayed at the table
Home game club lobby does display each member’s city though so if that is a problem best you resign from any clubs you belong to.
