Is there anybody waiting for the STARS ACCOUNT support?
My account is frozen for more than a week.
But when I send them messages they comeback saying:
"Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a period of high volume.
If you are awaiting a response please be patient, we apologize for the delay and will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible within the next 24 hours."

i just sent them all the required documents on saturday and till now they havent replied and my account is still frozen
any luck from your part ?

Unfortunately PS help support became the worst of all. A week ago I received a response to a message I sent you 3 months ago. Try to contact them through social media

yes i got the same message and i had money in my account but what really bothers me is taht took confidential inf like my passport credit card statement and national id and didnt reply i feel really worried
where can i contact them on social media ?

So bad...
Bu I believe, despite of the long waiting, they'll comeback to solve this issue. I sent another e-mail by the fb and instagram, but nothing yet.

pokerstars has a "live chat" support service, but I don't remember which section it is in !!! Search and get an answer much faster !!!

Just be patient and consider playing somewhere else in the meantime.

They have been responding for a very long time lately. About a month ago, I also contacted their support service and waited for an answer for about two weeks.

So seems like I'm halfway waiting already, for it's past 8 days.
So bad.
I hope I've got them before Oct 31 for them, in time for the Vip points Tourney.

today i sent them an email they replied that i need to provide the following documents utility,,,
but i already did
they seem to reply using a bot
this is so disgusting
i dont know what to do but surely pokerstars has become the worst place to play poker from now on
i just want my money back

This type of response on their part is already common, I recommend you contact them through social networks. They respond more quickly

that's right, with covid-19 online players have increased, now it is necessary to be patient, they are always attentive, in the emails I sent they responded as quickly as possible and were super kind!

I am with poker stars almost 10 years. Last summer I made a deposit and my account had been immediately frozen after that. The support send a same message and asked for documents. I did and probably in two weeks I could access to my account, so if you sent all required documents just wait. It takes probably 2-4 weeks I guess but after that you will never get a trouble with. Security service will check every one soon or later.

Me too, with PokerStars for long long time, my first online room. My issue took 13 days (my luck number:D).
Despite of all of these, for me PS is still the best.
