Poor customer service from Pokerstars

Ultimately pokerstars is taking up to 15-20 days to answer an email, has it happened to you lately?
It is not possible that the biggest and richest poker room in the world has these problems
In addition, it does not have a customer service phone number where you can communicate to solve a problem

The last couple of times I used the chat feature and got booted. Told me to email instead using the online form. I did this and received a response by the next day. Depending on what you were inquiring about, maybe stumped them..LOL.

the last time I sent a mail. They answered me in less than 48 hours. I think if they took so much time to answer. this must be because of the new license agreement. they must be getting a lot of questions right now.

Your lobby has all the features. Explore the lobby and get in direct communication.

Removed the full client and used the manual removal. Uploaded again. There are no problems.

48 hours? that is a long time. I'm really surprised. It is the best poker site EVER! :eek:

Use Twitter as I have a few times... It's great when your tweet includes their @PokerStars username... It's very much like a public inquiry and does get their attention... I've not waited long for a response when ever I've needed Help...

This is simply incomprehensible! In my experience, only fake poker rooms had such customer service. Maybe this is the beginning of the end? Another poker scandal in progress? :confused::eek::D
This has long been true in the case of Pokerstars? A few years ago it was not so!

I would think they'd have the best CS out of all sites. Anything less should not be tolerated.

they usually always reply back in 24 hrs for me, you might have had the wrong subject line when sending.

luckie i am in canada and i play on all six major sites
in my experience PokerStars has the best (respectful, fast, professional) customer service of all of them
i have needed contact PStars support a few times and always received a courteous and professional reply within hours

I am not sure if that amplifies the time for reply, but since Technical Support is located in Bulgaria, well 29th of April and 1st of May were official Holidays here :)
That should not affect their response time though, as upon my experience they are working 7/24 all the time :p
Hope your issue is to be resolved soon, Ed :top:

I guess being the biggest poker site, you would think they would have one of the quickest response.

Maybe takes a very long time to respond cause of the number of emails they get. Good idea to hire more people.

Online chat support answers the question within 3-5 minutes.
