Poor connection quality with poker stars

Internet works fine, all other sites work. pokerstars hangs while the site was hanging, the tournament and the spin and go in which he participated ended. I recently had a similar problem connecting to Pokerstars, it stayed that way for several days.
I contacted PS support, and they told me that the problem was between my internet provider's server and the Pokerstars server, which they couldn't do and that I had to contact my internet provider, who they could solve the case.
I contacted my internet operator, and they verified that the problem was in the route between servers, they changed the route and everything went back to normal.
