I have an account with a UK based poker site I don't think I'm allowed to say which one.
You accumulate points for generating rake and are then awarded spins.
They are 6 prizes on the wheel and this weekend I won 14 spins from these I won 12 weekly freeroll tickets and two 50p tickets the other prizes include 100 cash 25 cash etc.
The problem however is that these tickets expire on march 6 so 11 of them are useless. These spins are really bad up there with the chests from another site.

You are totally allowed to say poker site names, just can't link directly to any kind of rakeback or advertisements for said site. Can say unibet, pokerstars, Americas Card Room, Betonline etc. Just no links.

I was about to make a post about ticket and expiration date on them. That make no sense to me, not the ticket, but the expiration date. If I won a $22 ticket I should be able to play when I want in the event I want

There is daily ones but the weekly one has a slightly bigger prize pool still poor though

Like I said 11 of the spin awards are useless. I spoke to customer service and they said they would not offer anything in their place as the account had been correctly credited.
I countered that how could the account of been correctly credited if I can't even use them. They then said this is a management decision and that's final

yes please tell us which site you are reffering to. i can imagine that its party poker or 888 poker? i always have some tickets on those 2 sites which i rarely use untill they expire.

anyway its only free tickets so nothing really to worry about. everything that comes free in online poker should be considered a bonus and nothing that you can really rely to. and i mean, sometimes you got the free money that came from these tickets no? so i would just be happy with what you got.

yes please tell us which site you are reffering to. i can imagine that its party poker or 888 poker? i always have some tickets on those 2 sites which i rarely use untill they expire.

anyway its only free tickets so nothing really to worry about. everything that comes free in online poker should be considered a bonus and nothing that you can really rely to. and i mean, sometimes you got the free money that came from these tickets no? so i would just be happy with what you got.

Ah ok so its betfred.

Yeah i know these pokersites sometimes can be kind of annoying when it comes to issue what they promise with promotions. I had it multiple times with 888 that they did not issue tickets which they promised through promotions. Last saturday for example the 1000 Dollar Casino freeroll was aborted because the tickets were not given out and almost noone was able to register.

You kind if can not do too much because its free/promo money.

Had similar happen on Grosvenor poker. Daily wheel awarded a freeroll ticket, then again 2 days later and again the following day. 3 tickets only valid for a week, only one tournament and no re-entry.
