On PokerStars where are most fish?

I play cash games and I'm against TAG nits.

I play tournaments and I'm against a combination of TAG and LAG sharks.

I play MTT and sure, there are fish, but I make the bottom payment level (basically I walk out with what I paid to enter the MTT). So I'm at a loss of where to truly profit from on PS.

Since PS got rid of high stakes/ rewards, the whole structure has shifted downwards. The higher stakes players have moved to lower stakes. I know Super Novas that multi- micro stakes now. The big fish are in the small pond now. I used to play 200NL, but all the 1000NL and 500NL guys are there now. So, I multi table 25NL to compensate my win rate. This move to favour recreational players has back fired in my opinion. In cash games, any thing above 5NL is a lot tougher now.
