pokerstars had a fantastic VIP and rakeback program. The new owners have screwed the players. It appears that they realized no other room can compete in player traffic, and with this advantage they greedily clawed back everything.

Here's a thought: let them keep the cash that they're after; no trading in points for cashback. Instead, make it realistic to win a t-shirt or a coffee mug or a card protector? The merchandise costs them nothing anyways, and at least the players would have something out of the rewards program and feel a little less alienated/betrayed?

The PokerStars VIP program is only getting worse every year, it’s already completely impossible to accumulate starcoins in order to purchase anything in their store. Will this always go on?

People love to complain about Stars in forums, on Youtube etc. But as long as they dont actually wote with their feet and take their business elsewhere, nothing is going to change.

I remember years ago you had the chance to win tickets to tournaments with good prizes. There were monthly leagues where money could also add your bankrol. Then gradually they began to remove all free, and no leagues, free rolls and is very difficult to get star coins.

PS promotions for me are not very attractive, it costs a lot to win chest and then the prizes are very low, I hope they improve that.

Hello! I completely agree with you !! Today we just remembered with friends who have been playing at Pokerstars for a long time this topic, which used to be much better with programs for players! And now they really are monopolists and decided not to bother with clients anymore, and so they will play where they go, because the software is the most convenient, many are used to it and will not leave. It seems to me that sooner or later players will find the best conditions for themselves in other rooms, and Pokerstars will lose profit.
