Well I haven't posted anything for a while and today I've got the grill on high heat.

pokerstars Support staff is a big joke!! They are all to familiar with taking the money from you very quickly and leaving you high and dry when you need something from them.

Let's observe my most recent experience with these morons. I sent in a request to have a playing limit imposed. Meaning I would only be able to play a certain stake limit which is the responsible thing to do when I'm a losing player.


They then decide to not respond for 4 days and also send this email to me.

Can you please confirm if you what these chosen Poker limits applied immediately or only from June 25th onwards?

I swear its pathetic especially when the site advertises 24/7 support available. I am pretty sure it's just 2 or 3 idiots rotating and managing different departments and just changing their email signature.


So not only has my limits not been established but in the confusion they've "kindly temporarily disabled my account".

All I'm saying is its already a wishy washy site with no direct phone lines for person to person support considering the amount of money that changes hands you think they could afford phones!! I can totally see why Negraneau tactfully and gracefully just slipped out the back door and is no longer an ambassador to Jokerstars.

Get your act together Pokerstars you should know better. I'm starting to see why people have no faith in online poker anymore with this kind of disrespect to their customers who float their bills. Not only that but I've managed to watch players during down time and games are dying so fast. People sit down maybe rake in a stack and then hit n' run breaking the entire game as one after the other follows suit. It's f^kig disgusting!

Ffs. Get your acts together!!!


This is not the first time either. I've worked and have my fair share of experiences in the service industry and this is a tragic disgrace to our beloved game of poker I'm ashamed to be a part of this community.

I'm still able to withdraw and depoait but there's no logic here. I never once asked for my account to be temporarily disabled.

I've been a long time player at Full Tilt and Pokerstars had my fair share of deposits and withdrawals successfully. But what I've seen in the most recent years is humiliating from the poker community.

Pathetic.

I find that PokerStars has the best support service compared to other sites. On other sites, you can wait for a response within two or three weeks.

I think there are isolated cases like yours. Perhaps you have not expressed yourself very well in your application and you have been misled. I'm sitting and wondering how a person can ask the site administrator to limit his poker limitation because he can not keep from certain limits? If you can not make decisions like this, what are your expectations from your poker game where you need to make quick and accurate decisions? Do not play poker until you read some poker books and I'm sure after you've learned something you will not need such limitation requests! Good luck!

You sent in a request by email? You can do this through the poker stars client (Tools -> Responsible Gaming)

I contacted support through "live chat" yesterday and they were very kind. I did not notice anything unusual. I got a very quick answer to every question.

Well right now I'm in a big losing streak and facing TILT and not everyone is disciplined as your advertising yourself to be with you comment.

So that's why Pokerstars and sites have set up the ability to restrict limits when you take a TILT shot.... perhaps this is not a problem for you but it's a very main concept of poker mate so please don't come at my integrity for do it a responsible thing while continuing to play the game I love.

The system changes your limits automatically depending on the blind level/amounts you choose. Or it didn't work?

It's because I'm on a mobile platform and it will not allow me to change my own limits

So I asked these idiots to change it for me and they obliged but then in all the co fusion they revoked my playing privelleges lol.

It's a big joke at Pokerstars. Gonna cash out and play live I've had enough of these fake professionals.

I've never emailed PS, but I think it's pretty easy to put limits on your game in the PS lobby itself.

This is a Fraud site along with pokerstars . pokerstars has been fined in usa 270 million for money laundering had to move out of usa it been deemed not trust worthy this info can befound on internet 888 poker and pokerstars have same owner there both a scam the ellete players are how they launder your money dont deposit. These sites will be shut down you will loose your cash all of it. Gamming corperations are going to vote to ban this from internet company not telling its players they will keep every cent you have!!!!!!:confused:
Thanks for letting us know, Iwas wondering anyway, because everytime (ok many times) when I play on both sites, they give me the board on PS for my pocketcards on 888 and vice versa. So they are all using the same RNG, take your good cards away and put it on another table.
Be careful bros!!! Poker is a scam, you can loose money! :elefant::stupido3::motz:

Regarding the support, I never had problems with PS, still the fastest amongst all...
