How quickly does the pokerstars support service usually respond? I wrote to them 4 days ago and still haven't received a response. Is this a normal situation or am I lucky?
Don't think it's normal. Either taking their time, or issues with staff or website. When I first joined almost a month ago, they replied back within 24hrs, now I'm still waiting after a week or so.
this is not a normal situation, they are neat and correct people upon request immediately and they answer so I don't have some neat experience I would be there yet wouldn't I:-=)
