The problem was resolved with support. The ticket was credited in euros to a dollar account. Despite the fact that the games are open for me both in dollars and euros, they somehow established that the ticket was credited incorrectly. It's because you won it on PokerstarsES/PokerstarsFr which is a separate client with different pool of players, and its currency is euro. But you wrote your nickname for global pokerstars client. It's cool that pokerstars.com support handled it the way it did, because they actually had the right not to, since you won a promo in a different room with different support
